Our Purpose

At Dover Christ Church Academy we believe our purpose is to provide the young people we serve with a powerful education that fosters ambitious students who have the confidence to succeed academically and go on to live fulfilled, successful lives.

We want all of our pupils to be confident, ambitious and successful young people who are confident in their abilities and eager to participate in their learning and in our community. They will be ambitious with a sense of purpose and vision for their futures, have high aspirations and see a world of unlimited opportunities. They will achieve success through qualifications that match their ambition, and will leave us as individuals who are socially and culturally aware of the world around them and truly able to thrive in it.

How we achieve our purpose

We have the highest of aspirations for our pupils, and achieving these aims is a team effort, in which the Academy, your sons and daughters and you as parents work in partnership. In this way the young people who make up Dover Christ Church can and will mature into the best versions of themselves: well rounded, knowledgeable and qualified young people ready for the next steps in their lives.
